Canet to KTM
Long time Honda Moto3 star Arón Canet has opted to switch allegiances to KTM for 2019. After three years on the Honda Canet is ready to join a team that can bring him to a championship. Armed with leadership from World Superbike champion, four time 250 champion, and three time GP runner up Max Biaggi the Schedl GP team welcomes Canet to take over Philipp Öttl’s place. Race winning Öttl will be graduating from Moto3 to Moto2 joining Marco Bezzecchi on the Tech 3 KTM team.

For fans of Rossi and Biaggi rivalry this competition should prove to be quite interesting with Rossi leading the Sky VR46 team, and Biaggi the Schedl GP team. The 2019 Sky Racing Moto3 team, featuring Dennis Foggia and Celestino Vietti Ramus is sure to create an exciting challenge for Biaggi and Canet.

The two teams have chosen to outfit their riders with the KTM RC250 GP along with championship level teams such as the Red Bull KTM Ajo team.
