Re: Some Diagnostic for the Aprilia !!

Hello everyone
I wanted to know what was wrong with my bike so I ordered some diagnostic cables and installed "guzzi diag" on the computer of my brother, "guzzi diag" also works for aprilia, you may just have the same diagnostic type than a moto guzzi bike, you have to choose the correct model.
So There was 5 problems detected on my bike
I writed them in french on a paper
So I have a problem with my fuel injector, the ignition coil, my radiator fan isnt working and I didn't notice I had one
, also the sensor based on my exhaust has a problem ( just dont know the name in english), and finally my injection calculator has a problem.

(SNIP)
I've also noticed my bike was making a strange noise while braking, like it was the front suspension wich had some issues.
I've seen this, I need your opinion
At first I thought it looked like the casting was cracked, but looking closer it seems that there is corrosion under the coating that cracked the coating off. The dark areas are corrosion.
To repair it completely you would need to remove it from the cycle, media blast the piece (masking the tubes) and completely remove all signs of corrosion, then paint or coat it.
