Great job! Fantastique!

Does the shaft on the engine have stripped teeth or is it the linkage arm that has the problem?

Thanks jkv
The teeth were stripped but don't worry, this problem was 2 years ago, I've already bought another new shaft but it won't works correctly because it wasn't properly built by the factory, so I bought another shaft, it wasn't new but it was an origin part in a good condition, the problem is solved since I bought this. I can shift easily now. :paw_prints:

I can make another bike with all my rusty and broken parts but it's too expensive and I don't have another engine :-D

Papers and insurance to ride legally on road :D

It's leaking oil all over the engine and gas on carburator, that's scary :grimacing:

New parts for changing the selector shaft

Difficult to see, but the teeth are completely dead

I've changed the rear brake for a new because it was leaking brake fluid from pistons
Image
Am I drunk or It's not straight ?
Image
Image
New selector
Image
Since I've changed my selector shaft, it's very hard to shift, to find in wich speed I am, it wasn't correctly built by the factory and it wasn't a derbi part but made for euro 2 engines so it blocks Inside the engine when I want to shift, one more time It's hard to describe. So I've changed it by an origin derbi part and the problem were solved, I can easily shift now.

My fairings are leaving me, they weren't correctly fixed
Image
MY FIRST BLOW UP !!!!!, it was the second day I ride my bike and the engine blows up at 20 km/h, let's see this

WTF ?!, there's a hole in the piston, maybe because of the spark plug :zipper:
Image

Then, the guy who sold me the bike gives me another cylinder-piston and he put it on the bike for me, yes he's a kind guy :D

Dreaming of a derbi gpr cafe racer, I know it's a mess but it's funny :-D

What if I put a Peugeot ludix fuel tank
Image
Since the guy who sold me the bike gives me a cylinder-piston, the bike won't start easily, and it's very hard to adjust the carburator, so I want to see if the cylinder is in a good condition.
And the answer is NO, but the piston looks good to me

I've bought another kit 50, it's a P2R, I bought it for 30 euros. It's just a little rusty but never been used.

After my blow up, I bought a kit 50 Doppler for 100 euros and it runs perfectly

First ride with my friends in Yamaha DT. In France, replicas are the rarest 50cc, a lots of teenagers ride with Derbi senda/drd; Rieju mrt ; Sherco; Beta, Yamaha Dt and others bikes like this. The replica I often see in France is the Yamaha tzr. I've also noticed that in Spain, people ride replicas like aprilia rs, derbi gpr, Yamaha tzr, rieju rs2/rs3 ,and supermoto/trails 50 are the rarest. Maybe because of the spanish brands Derbi and Rieju and all the motorbikes championships that take place in Spain. The first time I've seen an Aprilia rs 50 was in Spain and I really wish to run after the guy to take a picture of his bike but I prefer eat my churros :-D This is the opposite of France.

Then I've changed my chain kit

My two bikes
Image
This day, I was going to work and doing 80 km/h on a straight road through the forest and my right fairing flies off and falls in the ditch, hopefully without hitting a car. So I took it between my arms while riding and continue my ride to work. Like I said before it wasn't correctly fixed, it was fixed with "resin"(I don't know if it's the correct word), so now I ride without my fairings.

Right after my fairing flies off, my bike was not going straight and it was very scary. I though it was because of the wind effect on the bike without fairings, and I finally founded why.
