2003 Derbi GP1 Scooter

Ok new project found a 2003 Derbi GP1 scooter with 2175 miles. The scooter didnt run so I pushed it 3 miles

Got it home and put new spark plug in last one was destroyed. I also put the carb into ultrasonic cleaning. Got the carb back and new plug and shows spark, well it wont turn over still? I put a new petcock and fuel line and vacuum line. Now it's try and figure out why it wont fire? I'm wondering if the auto-choke is not working.

Update, scooter didnt run when bought even with spark, fuel, and air. I had the carb ultrasonic cleaned but no good. I found a guy with used carb for $50, about a month ago. I then took off all around the US for 3 weeks and just got back home. I installed the carb today and it fired right up. first time its fired since I bought it in July. Ive been traveling since then and no time. So now i have a water pump seal leak to deal with. I just bought the seal kit and will be here next week.

My Vermont title has taken way longer then expected. First it take min 30 days to get the registration and sticker. They send the plate separate, it got lost in the mail and sending me a new one. So this has taken me 2 months now and hope to have the plate next week.
