Long time no post. Well there is a reason for this. I didnt really have any time to work on the bike. School started and these kind of stuff.
I did some changes in the parts.
I will have 2win vulcanflow reeds, for now i just ordered Tpr vforce(figured out that the tpr is better than stage6)
I found the 2win 30-34 pwk manifold. It will be perfect for me, also really short.
Now i have numbers when it will arrive, propably around October 03.
I made some progress on the clutch plans, it seems very promising but i wont spoil anything about it for now.
Rear brakes got fixed, the fluid got clogged up somehow.
2nd radiator is finally on the bike.
That's it for now, there is still a lot lot of work in the background. I dont have any pictures sadly because of this rush, but later i will update everything.

Keep looking at this post, soon I will post some info about the clutch.
Thats it for today, Have a nice day :)
Sorry for the HUGEEE picture again

So,
What is the second important thing for me when doing a strong build is the chain. That's why I sourced some really good chains. I sticked to D.I.D ER chain. Its really strong and wont break easily. Also it looks very nice. Gold coloured, so this is the perfect for me.

Those are the same chains I get from Benji over at Treats. Very nice indeed!

Yes, They are very nice but a littlebit expensive. At least for the JB chain. But the JB chain and Stage6 chains keep breaking, D.I.D chains worth the price.

I made a photo in photoshop so I can see how she will look like. I hope it will help me in the optical process.

About the current progress I cant say anything new. The pack will arrive next week. I will take it to a specialist who can modify the cylinder. After that i assemble the engine and bring her to an other specialist who makes awesome exhausts. This will take about 3-4 more weeks. I dont think I will start her up in this year. But we will see whats the weather like at that point.

I will repaint the fairings to the stock color as seen on the picture in my previous post. Asked Rieju for the red color code, but no response yet, maybe they won't respond ever. Still hoping. If they won't respond I have a special red color. I won't post anything about it but that color is beautiful. I will paint in next week, stay tuned :)

Looks very nice. Is that that the stock front suspension, and wheels that came on the bike?

You should add a before image in your photoshop post in spoiler tags to show off your skillz!

Thanks :) The front forks are the original Rieju Mrt Pro forks (Marzocchi). The wheels, i got them from a Derbi Senda and I will paint them to this gold color.
