You can run the AM6 reeds on the Derbi, but you have to mod them, and then they don’t really fit too well so you have to coper coat things with a good bit of slather to keep from developing an air leak. :paw_prints:

I could suggest you these 2Win reeds then for your 100cc 2Fast. They provide a pretty big charge, although I have never heard of anyone actually using them :D

I’m planning to buy this for myself. Looks pretty cool, and maybe your engine could benefit something. :D

Those do look pretty cool. Pricy at 140€, but that probably means decent quality. Nice that they come with a built in riser to provide room for the bigger carbs.

They make pretty decent products, my intake manifold is way above the usual quality. Yeah its just a rubber piece but the actual rubber material that they used is pretty decent.

I might buy one of these reeds later on. Maybe in the winter? :D

It’s getting a bit better, carbonation seems pretty good now, but it’s too rich on the main jet.

Now it has X13 needle in it, 150 main jet, 266 atomizer, and 45 slide. Kinda getting there. For comparison an RS 125 needed 135 main jet with the same carb. It’s still a Dellorto PHBH 28.

I sold the PWK and I’m planning to go for the VHST 28. Bigger is useless, and plus the VHST has a TPS sensor what my CDI can handle with a bit of a programming, :D

As it seems I've got way more problems to fix than I originally tought.
Most of the stuff Ive got fixed is working again. I had problems with my ignition cutting out/miss firing, that was fixed by changing the battery and the clearance of the hall sensor.
My clutch side crankshaft seal broke so that needed to be changed.
Reed cage kept raising up in its frame(needed a shim)

Carb overflows at high rpm and causing it the mixture to be too rich.
This is the problem that Im working on, I have no idea what could cause this.

I've finally made a bit more progress on the bike :D Still got a few more errors to fix. Carburating and ignition timing is coming nicely together, but it takes a bit more time for me.
