A lot of
effort went into this bike today!
There will be a lot of photos in this post, but there could have easily have been triple. I skipped a lot of steps—mostly cleaning, and such which takes a massive amount of time, and
effort.
Installing the headset.
Swing arm bushings.
Installing the swing arm and shock.
Side stand, and chain rollers.
Tank adjusters, chain adjusters, side panel mounts, and rear fairing well nuts.
Partial rear set, foot peg, more suspension, and key switch/clock mount.
Forks, and bars.
Engine. By then it was pretty late so time to call it. Most of this isn’t torqued down all the way, and some things like the rear sets will need to come off to install parts, but finding things, and getting them cleaned up has been a huge part of the
effort!!
