Installation guide to the Stage6 says tighten to 25NM—seems like a lot.
I only tighten the Airsal 80cc to 14NM.....
Malossi MHR-R manual says tighten to 1.2 kg (12NM)

Yeah it does sound like a lot!

It may be because they are employing a different type of head gasket. The other heads employ the "rubber" o-ring gaskets, but the Stage6 Big Racing employs the aluminum gasket. Probably a good idea to get extra ones as they may not be as reusable as the o-rings!

Man it takes a lot of effort to remove the stock paint. Almost there, but there's still a bunch of paint left to remove.

The radiator and new guard showed up today. The Black bike is coming together, again.

Blinkers and mirrors and what not are for some of the other bikes.

That's somewhat reassuring, eh?

I just dropped the bits off at the powder coaters. I was so excited that I forgot to take photos! lolz. I'll just have to take some when the parts come back.

I thought I'd treat myself to some new shiny, and well nope. Brand new radiator for the Black bike, and it's already not so new—straight out of the box.

Some fun stuff showed up today. Not sure when I'll be able to use it...

The Chinese Ti case bolts showed up, and the order from Kurvey Girl showed up too. From KG I got the valve stems like what they use on the Ducati super bikes. It's the same brand, but sized to the Derbi wheels.

Kurvey had T-shirts on sale so I picked one up. Hey they are black!

And the wheel bearings showed up today.

Soon I will be putting it all together again.
